Farmhouse Solid Wood Kitchen Range

Created to offer an alternative to the fitted kitchen yet still providing the flexibility to accommodate modern appliances.

All furniture is hand made using traditional skills to reproduce the farmhouse kitchen look. Our carefully selected timber is a renewable resource, ecologically grown in Scandinavia and kiln dried to furniture standards.

Our finishing process uses the latest developments in waterborne stains and paints. All finishes can be distressed to reproduce the unique patina normally associated with years of use. Every piece is given a final coat of wax by hand.

Worktops are also available in beech and are treated with food grade non-toxic oil, which penetrates the surface giving protection as well as allowing the wood to develop its natural patina.

The Practicalities

Dresser Bases

These are the workhorses of the range, available in eight different sizes as standard. All bases can accommodate modern sinks if required. Two bases are specially modified for Belfast sinks or to allow the installation of a modern built under oven and hop. There is a choice of cupboards, deep drawers or baskets in all cases.

Dresser Tops

Made to match the bases and available with a choice of cupboard doors, either solid wood or glazed. Wine racks, spice racks or plate racks can also be specified at your request. All dresser tops have a cup shelf and lighting pelmet built in (lights not provided).

Wall Units

These have all the features of the dresser tops but are designed to be attached directly to the wall. Wall units are understandably heavy, therefore we must recommend the use of a professional fitter to securely attach these units to the wall.

Larder Units

Featuring a drop down front. This unit can be modified to accomodate most microwave ovens.

Portable Workstations

Designed to provide flexible worktop space and storage where it is most needed. Note the two front castors are braked.
